Two craftsman’s skills that resonate as “Japan Brands.”
“Nomono Seisakusho,” a long-established company in Taito Ward that has supported Japan’s leather culture for over 100 years. And “Shake Tree,” which continues to pioneer a unique burger culture from Sumida Ward.
Coming together in this space as “Japan Brands,” the passions of these two entities—both of which have walked this path believing in the potential of craftsmanship—have converged to bring this special collaboration to life.

In fact, the “order pads” and “cash trays” that we use with great care every day at Shake Tree stores are crafted by Nomura Seisakusho.
Captivated by their exceptional quality and texture, we’ve long wanted our customers to experience this “artisan craftsmanship” firsthand. This long-held desire has led to this workshop.
This project began precisely because of the discerning eye of craftsmen who have spent years working on the front lines with “genuine leather.” From our extensive stock, we carefully select leather with distinct textures and colors, piece by piece, to capture the unique qualities of real ingredients.
[Material Selection by Expert Artisans]
Patty (Meat): The robust texture of shoulder loin that truly makes you feel like you’re eating meat. We’ve captured the patty’s rich, substantial presence—which bursts forth with every bite—using leather with a richly textured surface.
Cheese: The more you use it, the more it develops a “melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness.” We’ve recreated the lustrous golden hue of Cheddar cheese melting under heat by selecting leather with a soft, supple texture that feels comfortable in your hand. As you use it, the leather deepens in character, and when it becomes a part of your skin, you’ll enjoy the aging process as it evolves into an appearance reminiscent of “cheese melting smoothly” on a freshly grilled burger.
Experts with a deep understanding of materials pursued “authentic” combinations tailored to the characteristics of each ingredient. This is not merely an accessory; it is a true “lifetime Wild Out” that lets you feel the warmth of the craftsman every time you hold it.

In this workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to engrave your initials on your finished piece. Let’s engrave your personal mark on materials carefully selected by our artisans.
