Two craftsman\u2019s skills that resonate as \u201cJapan Brands.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNomono Seisakusho,\u201d a long-established company in Taito Ward that has supported Japan\u2019s leather culture for over 100 years. And \u201cShake Tree,\u201d which continues to pioneer a unique burger culture from Sumida Ward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coming together in this space as \u201cJapan Brands,\u201d the passions of these two entities\u2014both of which have walked this path believing in the potential of craftsmanship\u2014have converged to bring this special collaboration to life.

Captivated by their exceptional quality and texture, we\u2019ve long wanted our customers to experience this \u201cartisan craftsmanship\u201d firsthand. This long-held desire has led to this workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This project began precisely because of the discerning eye of craftsmen who have spent years working on the front lines with \u201cgenuine leather.\u201d From our extensive stock, we carefully select leather with distinct textures and colors, piece by piece, to capture the unique qualities of real ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patty (Meat): The robust texture of shoulder loin that truly makes you feel like you\u2019re eating meat. We\u2019ve captured the patty\u2019s rich, substantial presence\u2014which bursts forth with every bite\u2014using leather with a richly textured surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheese: The more you use it, the more it develops a \u201cmelt-in-your-mouth deliciousness.\u201d We\u2019ve recreated the lustrous golden hue of Cheddar cheese melting under heat by selecting leather with a soft, supple texture that feels comfortable in your hand. As you use it, the leather deepens in character, and when it becomes a part of your skin, you\u2019ll enjoy the aging process as it evolves into an appearance reminiscent of \u201ccheese melting smoothly\u201d on a freshly grilled burger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
